We want you to feel good about the work. Here's how we keep things simple and fair, in plain terms. The full details for your project are in the engagement letter you sign before we start, and we're always glad to walk through anything with you.
Cleanup is custom work, priced as a flat fee once we've looked at your books, so you know exactly what it costs before we begin. The billing details are in your engagement letter, and while we're in your books we'll bring you any questions so we can sort out anything that comes up together as we go.
Monthly bookkeeping runs month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time with 15 days notice, and you'll only ever pay for the month you're in.
We stand behind the quality of our work, and we'll always work with you to make it right. We can't promise a specific financial or tax outcome, but we can promise clean, careful books and a straight answer whenever you have a question.
