The website, including the cleanup cost estimator, is provided for general information. The estimator gives you an estimated range based only on the limited information you enter. It is not a quote, a binding price, or an offer, and it does not create a working relationship. Your actual price is set after a fit call and a review of your books, under a separate written agreement.
The content on this site is not bookkeeping, accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice, and using the site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship. Fourteen Feathers provides bookkeeping services only. We are not a CPA firm, and we do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, audit, attestation, or assurance services. For tax or legal advice, please consult a qualified professional.
Any bookkeeping services we provide are governed by a separate engagement letter or services agreement between you and Fourteen Feathers. If that agreement and these site terms ever differ, the signed agreement is the one that applies to the services.
We do not guarantee any particular financial, tax, or business outcome.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
The site, its content, the Fourteen Feathers name and logo, and the cleanup estimator are owned by Fourteen Feathers Bookkeeping. Do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
The site may link to or rely on third-party tools and websites, such as our scheduling, email, and accounting software. We are not responsible for those third parties or their content.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fourteen Feathers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior six months or one hundred US dollars.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon.
