How much does it cost?
We use flat, value-based monthly pricing—no hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Your fee depends on things like:
Number of accounts
Transaction volume
Payroll, A/R, and A/P
Reporting needs (for example, programs or funds for nonprofits)
After a short free consultation and review of your current setup, we’ll provide a clear monthly fee and any one-time cleanup cost before you decide.
Do you do taxes?
No. We focus on bookkeeping only.
Our role is to keep your books clean, current, and organized so tax filing is smoother for you and your tax professional. We’re happy to collaborate with your CPA or tax preparer and provide everything they need.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We use QuickBooks Online for all ongoing bookkeeping.
If you’re not on QuickBooks Online yet, we can help you get set up or migrate from another system.
How often will my books be updated?
For ongoing clients, we:
Reconcile accounts and categorize transactions every month
Provide monthly financial reports so you always know where things stand
If you’re very behind, we’ll start with a cleanup/catch-up project and then move into a regular monthly rhythm.
What if my finances are already a mess?
That’s exactly when it’s time to bring someone in.
We specialize in helping clients whose books are late, disorganized, or spread across multiple tools. We’ll review where things are, create a plan, and work through it step by step.

How secure is my financial information?
We use secure, industry-standard tools and QuickBooks Online to handle your financial data. Access to your accounts is limited to our team, and we follow strict practices around passwords, permissions, and document storage.
Your information is kept confidential and used only for your bookkeeping.
Can I still see what’s happening if you’re doing the books?
Yes. You retain full access to your QuickBooks Online file and any shared folders or tools we use.
Our goal is to keep you informed and confident, not in the dark—you’ll get regular reports and can ask questions anytime.
